Shipping Policy
I’m a Shipping Policy section. I’m a great place to update your customers about your shipping methods, packaging and costs. Use plain, straightforward language to build trust and make sure that your customers stay loyal!
Please check the tracking number provided to you. If it states that you package was returned to the salon , please email support@adriunnahair.com and we will work with you on how to properly move forward. Please have an update shipping address ready. A return shipping fee will for invoiced to you for your order to be shipped back to you. In the event a customer’s tracking number states delivery was made to the customer’s address, Adriunna Hair LLC is not responsible and does not offer refunds if the item is claimed to have not been delivered.

Please allow 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see the movement the carrier’s website. If there is still no movement, please email support@Adriunnahair.com so that we can get this issue taken care of efficiently.
Return & Exchange Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All orders are customized based on your selection. Due to the nature of our product, cap customization as well as custom color; we do not give refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQs prior to making a purchase.
Once we receive your order we begin processing the order immediately. Please be sure you have chosen the correct style, color and length before checking out. We do not offer any warranties, guarantees or repairs. We are not responsible for a unit that does not fit. Custom color units are made to order. Once the order is submitted, the order cannot be changed. The custom color you choose will be as close as possible to the photo. We will do our very best to match the color, however, there is no guarantee the color will be exactly the photo or description. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

We do not offer refunds but we will gladly exchange unused items kept in their original sale condition. Please submit a request within of your delivery date to support@adriunnahair.com. Exchanges are only for single bundles and lace only. Your exchange will be for the amount paid minus discounts and shipping. Discount codes are for one-time use only. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.
